When will I receive my tracking details for my order?

You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow (10 business days) for shipping after your order is confirmed.

What should I do if I received a notification that my order was
delivered, but I have not received it?

We recommend reporting a missing package within 3 days of the marked
delivery date. Please check with your household members or neighbors to
see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you can’t still
locate your package, please contact our customer service team.

shipping method selected. Duty and taxes will be applied at checkout.
